When loading the chat applet, any images that attempt to load are replaced with the generic FreeWebs "Image not Found" image.Technical information
When the chat applet tries to load an image from the local web host, and is not found, FreeWebs returns a HTTP 302 "Found" message, indicating that the file was found at another temporary location, which is not compliant with the use of the HTTP 302 message. As a result, all images that the chat applet attempts to load are replaced with the FreeWebs image.
We have notified FreeWebs of this behavior and have received no response.
Possible solutions
- Switch to another web hosting provider
Recommended action
Use another web hosting provider that uses compliant HTTP errors.
