liveHarmony helper information
Our policy on users assisting others in #support has recently changed. Please review this document carefully.
- All helpers must be authorized by liveHarmony.
- Only authorized helpers may idle in #support.
- You may not attempt to handle password related issues.
- Authorized helpers will be given voice in #support.
Guidelines for authorized helpers
- Lurk (just watch) for a week or two to get used to our culture and general room aura.
- If you're unsure about a policy, ask an operator -- it's better than giving misinformation
- Be polite and patient
- Don't interrupt other helpers
- Correct other helpers in private message; by the same token, allow the operators to deal with misbehaving users
